Custom oligos in plates

Should you require a large numbers of oligonucleotides, this is a perfect option for you. FutureSynthesis now offers an efficient and high-quality synthesis of oligonucleotides by the well-known American company - Biosearch Technologies.

The standard service includes:

  • 5 nmol delivered of salt-free and dry oligos;
  • delivery in 96-well 2mL plates;
  • up to 80 bases in length;
  • minimum 24 oligos per order.

In the extended version of the service, we offer:

  • greater amounts of delivered oligos (20nmol, 50nmol);
  • oligo lengths > 80-mers;
  • modifications such as phosphate, biotin, FAM, TET, HEX, TAMRA, CAL Fluor®, Quasar®, and BHQ® dyes;
  • delivery in solution or buffer;

Phosphoramidates

Currently, the most popular method of chemical synthesis of DNA fragments is the “phosphoramidate method”. It consists of a stepwise addition of phosphoramidate units into longer oligonucleotide chains. It is fast and straightforward and moreover it makes it possible to insert modified nucleosides or other chemical compounds into a oligonucleotide sequence in a convenient manner.

In principle, any given chemical compound that may be transformed into its equivalent phosphoramidate can be placed in a DNA or RNA sequence. If you wish to obtain an untypical DNA/RNA modification, feel free to contact us, and we will prepare its phosphoramidate and synthesize a relevant DNA/RNA fragment containing your modification.

Fluorescent tags

Responding to an increased demand, we also synthesize biologically active compounds containing fluorescent tags in their structure. These can be nucleic acid sequences as well as other biomolecules of interest to contemporary molecular biology research.

Triphosphates

Triphosphates are compounds of great biological potential: they play a significant role in cell biology as multifunctional coenzymes or transmitters, as well as molecular units in intracellular energy transport. Moreover, triphosphates are substrates in the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). PCR proceeds via addition of nucleotide triphosphates to template strands of DNA from the 3’ end towards the 5’ end, following the base-pairing rule.

Our company offers triphosphates of any nucleoside and its modifications.

Analytical methods

Out of concern for the highest quality of our products, we perform purity analysis on each individual stage of the synthesis, using the state-of-the-art equipment. Routinely used methods include HPLC, UV-VIS, NMR and elemental analysis. Since we constantly strive to improve the quality of our services and meet our customers’ demands and expectations, further tests such as e.g. MALDI-TOF may be requested and carried out as well.

Genetic tests

Our team is also qualified to perform genetic tests that may help detect and diagnose genetic diseases.

Peptides

Our product offer encompasses oligo- and polypeptides too, including complex sequences (peptides including Met, Cys, Trp, cyclic peptides) as well as peptide libraries, lipopeptides etc.

Each product comes with an HPLC (or TLC in the case of lipopeptides) gradient chromatogram or a mass spectrum.
