The aim of the project is to increase the scale of synthesis of nucleic acids, which will make it possible to obtain synthetic oligonucleotides in quantities of at least milligrams. The goal will be achieved by developing a new type of hybrid substrates (glass-silane-polymer) for efficient large-scale synthesis of oligonucleotides and simplifying the method of chromatographic purification of nucleic acids

FutureSynthesis, through the use of the technology developed under the project, plans to implement its results into routine commercial operations in order to develop a market niche and meet the demands of the same
