Large Scale Synthesis

FutureSynthesis,as the only company with Polish ownership, also offers large-scale synthesis of oligonucleotides in quantities from milligrams to even a few grams, competitive prices and fast turnaround time.

 

Numerous collaborations with our customers have allowed us to optimize our production processes for the synthesis of various types of oligomers. Using technology of chemical synthesis on solid support, we produce highly complex DNA and RNA oligonucleotides for high-throughput, in vivo or commercial applications in milligram and even several-gram quantities, purified antisense oligonucleotides, siRNA, miRNA and qPCR primers and probes. All large-scale oligonucleotides are produced according to our internal quality management standards, which include HPLC and gel electrophoresis following synthesis, purification and quality control steps. These steps are followed by independent quality assurance (QA) procedures that guarantee the highest quality of large-scale DNA or RNA oligonucleotides.

On-Plate Oligonucleotides Synthesis

If you need a large number of oligonucleotides for your research, then synthesis on plates will be a great choice. At FUTUREsynthesis, we offer efficient and high-quality oligonucleotide synthesis performed by the well-established US company Biosearch Technologies.

Standard service includes:

  • delivery of 5nmol of finished, desalted, lyophilized material;
  • delivery in 2ml 96-well plates;
  • maximum oligonucleotide length – 80nt;
  • minimum order should contain 24 oligonucleotides.

The extended version of the service offers, among others:

  • larger quantities of finished material (20nmol, 50nmol);
  • increased length of oligonucleotides >80nt;
  • oligonucleotide modifications such as phosphate group, biotin, FAM, TET, HEX, TAMRA, CAL Fluor®, Quasar®, and BHQ®;

Phosphoramidites

The most popular method of chemical synthesis of DNA fragments today is the “phosphoramidite method.” It involves the assembly of single phosphoramidic units into longer oligonucleotide chains. It allows the free incorporation of modified nucleosides or other chemical compounds into the oligonucleotide sequence. If a chemical compound can be transformed into its corresponding phosphoramidite then such a modification can be inserted into the DNA or RNA sequence. If you want an unusual modification of the DNA/RNA chain, contact us and we will make its phosphoramidite and synthesize the DNA/RNA fragment containing this modification.

Fluorescent Labels Synthesis

To meet the demand of modern molecular biology, we offer you the opportunity to synthesize compounds with biological activity, that contain fluorescent markers in their structure. In the main, short sequences of nucleic acids are subject to labeling, however, we can also synthesize markers that will be placed in other active bio-molecules.

Triphosphates

Our company has extensive experience in the synthesis of triphosphates, compounds with very high biological potential. They play an important role in cell biology, as multifunctional coenzymes or messengers. They can also act as a molecular unit in intracellular energy transport. Triphosphates are also substrates in the polymerase chain reaction PCR. It involves the attachment on a complementary basis of nucleotide triphosphates to the single-stranded structure of the DNA chain from the end called the 3′ towards the 5′ end of the template strand.

Analytical Methods

In order to ensure the highest quality and purity of our products, we carry out qualitative analysis at various stages of synthesis using modern detection methods. Routine analyses include analytical method using high-performance liquid chromatography HPLC (RP-HPLC and IEX-HPLC), UV-VIS analysis, elemental analysis or nuclear magnetic resonance NMR analysis. However, in an effort to continuously improve the quality of our services and at the request of our clients, it is possible to perform additional analyses so that the offered product is fully characterized. In addition, we can perform MALDI-TOF mass analysis or select another research method, according to the needs and expectations of our clients.

Peptides

We offer you, the possibility to synthesize oligo- and polypeptides. Syntheses are performed by specialists who are experienced in synthesizing difficult peptide sequences (peptides with Met, Cys, Trp residues, cyclic peptides, peptide libraries). We also assist in obtaining lipopeptides in our offer. Each peptide is provided with an HPLC gradient chromatogram (or TLC in the case of lipopeptides) and mass spectrum.
